    Equipment

    The main focus of Project 45 is being accessible for all & the workouts can be done at home or in a quiet corner of the gym with minimal equipment. There are plenty of bodyweight workouts to join in but you really will get the best results if you invest in a set of resistance bands + 1-3 sets of varied dumbbells (3-8kg)

  • No! You can do all the workouts in a gym, at home or anywhere you have some space.

    Project 45 is full of varied workouts with either no or very minimal equipment. There are plenty of bodyweight workouts to join in with including Pilates & Barre, some resistance band focused and some weighted workouts to step up your routine even more.

    All of the weighted workouts use just dumbbells so can be done in a gym or if you did want to buy equipment for your home you would only need 2 sets (direct links to good quality & reasonably priced equipment is on the website)

    You really can achieve amazing results wherever you choose to train!
